Sky SR203 – WiFi network disappears for a few seconds & all devices disconnect (lights stay green)

Hi, I’m having a broadband problem that keeps happening repeatedly.

I’m using the Sky SR203 router.

Every so often, my entire WiFi network disappears completely for 1–3 seconds, then comes back.

During this time:

• All WiFi devices disconnect (phone, laptop, etc.)
• My Xbox (wired) also drops connection at the same time
• The router lights stay green (no reboot, no line drop)
• After a few seconds everything reconnects by.

I’ve already tried:

• Full reset to factory settings
• Testing different devices
• Using different rooms
• Restarting the router
• Checking line status

The issue is still happening on default settings.

Can Sky please check my router logs or advise if the SR203 can be replaced?

The connection itself is fine, but the router keeps dropping WiFi broadcast and kicking every device at once.

Any help would be appreciated.

As you are not talking to Sky via here as this is a place where customers help each other you will need to call them about this issue.
