Sky Router only outputting 100mbps over Wifi and Ethernet

Hi all,

Couple of nights ago my router disconnected, maybe for a software update im not sure, anyways when it came back on the speed had dropped from around 900mbps to 90 over both Ethernet and Wifi.

I tried unplugging and rebooting. Checked different wires etc but to no avail.

Any ideas what may be causing this?

I should point out the status on 192.168 page showss 999 000 downstream
