TV won’t connect to the new fibre

We had Sky fibre installed today. The internet is working but the TV won't connect.

You'll probably need to carry out a network reset on the television before teaching it the new WiFi credentials, and if it's a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app before the TV will connect.
