A few time my sky q router has failed, the far right light is amber and all other are green, I lose connection to internet and home ring alarm function, it will only reconnect if I turn power off and on again, but unable to do this when away from home as leaves my home alarm free, any ideas please

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreCould be anything from a local fault to upstream maintenance: unfortunately domestic broadband really isn't robust enough to be considered as a reliable security service, particularly without cellular failover (and local battery backup).
