Sky Q hub Ethernet Issue

Only one of the ethernets ports seems to be working on my Sky Q hub? Any known fix for this? Can they hub be replaced.?

All Q Hubs are due to be replaced in 2025 anyway.  Sky would probably try to upsell you to a Max Hub, but personally I'd insist on a 'free' Sky Broadband Hub.
