Sky Q box not connecting to broadband even though app checker says all working. One network has gone

Sky app says broadband ans wifi ok. But q box not connecting. Only one network option now and we had two. Tried to reset Q box network settings and it wont attach to the one option there is

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@JayVee03 reboot the Sky hub by powering down for 30 seconds. If the Q box does not reconnect call Sky so they can check things for you.
