Sky Q box network connection issues

Good evening, I have recently renewed and upgraded my Internet package. However, since this has happened I am getting periodically cut off on the SKY Q box network connection to my new router. This prevents me watching any apps or other items. The wifi strangely works on mobiles etc whilst this happens and Internet elsewhere is fine. I have reset it a few times now, cycled the SKY Q box and the router a few times but still get this issue.

@djdta what colour hub do you have and is it the main Q box or a Q mini tgst has the issue?
