Sky Q Hub slow speed.

Basically for a couple of days my Upload and Download speed on my Sky Q Hub has been really poor. Like extremely poor.

 

Usually I would get an average of 27mbp/s when doing a speedtest. Past few days I've been getting speed less than 5mbps. Usually within 2-4mbps. And that's an issue throughout the whole day and doesn't seem to get better.

 

We have about 5 devices connected.  PC, TV and 4 phones. But they aren't all in use simultaneously. 

 

Any tips or advise on what I can do to get it back up and running to what it once was? I tried resetting it, clearing away objects that may interfere with the signal. Unplugged it, etc.

@Dawid2205 the stats show you have a pretty serious line fault as the downstream noise margin is 25dB as a guide that figure should be between 3 to 6dB.

 

If you run the connection check in the My Sky app I would expect it to offer to get an engineer to check your line if itvdoesnt call Sky dialling 150 on your Sky Talk line is free but Insuspect thst line will be crackling..

 

We are seeing loads of similar reports as all the wet weather we have had is causing issues with the copper phone network. It is quite likely thst you will becdue a credit under Sky's speed guarantee see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-fibre-speed-guarantee
