I recently went over to the Sky Max hub but the Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house is not as good as the Sky Router I had before. The new router is positioned in exactly the same place. My daughter's Wi-Fi signal now continually drops out on her Sky Mobile and I continually have to provide her with more data - this was never an issue before. Please help. Having had a Sky router before and we have not changed any devices or Mobile provider we are sure that it is the router. Please help.

Hello, I'm sorry I didn't get back to you in time. My daughter tried turning her phone onto airplane mode but this still hasn't improved the connection.
I appreciate that it may take a while for someone to come back to me as the chat had timed out!
apologies once again,
regards
