A lot of buffering

Over the past few weeks I have noticed a lot of buffering when watching programmes on TV. Ths has become increasingly annoying. Also I work from home and over the past week or so am getting a lot of interference while using teams so much so that I am unable to participate fully in meetings. I keep checking the speeds stc from my sky app but this states everything is OK but why am I getting so much hassle then
