Sky Max engenener

Sky Max , One point is free engineer visit, does that incluude sorting  out the 5ghz / 2.4 ghz. Set up if its benond your abilty ?

No the bullet regarding engineer visits is when you have some sort of problem/fault they will provide you with evening & weekend engineer visits free of charge which are normally paid at extra cost.

 

With Sky Max all the WiFi settings are in the My Sky app and its extremely easy to disable 5ghz if you need to connect a device.

And conversely no 'engineer' can sort out splitting the bands on that model because it's just not a supported feature.
