Sky Max Hub

So we upgraded a little while back to sky fibre 150 and got the hub 4.2 ( Black) and the other week upgraded to the 900 and we haven't been offered nor can we find any way of getting the Sky Max hub (white).

Any time we try and go through my sky or a browser to look to see how to upgrade to the sky max hub we get told we are on the highest speeds for our household and thats it.

Can anyone advise us on how to sort one out?

@LucyGaskin You will not get a sky Max hub with the upgrade path that you have done, it is not required to get one.....

If you wish to get the subscribe to the WiFi Max addon package that is an additional £10 per month, linked the details for that below...

I just tried to add sky max via the link as we don't have that and again it sends me to a check and comes back im on the fasted speeds again. I can't seem to get to the point to actually add it anywhere.

@LucyGaskin You may just have to call sky, dial 150 from you sky Talk landline, pass security and do not get sent to the Forum, hold on for a sky Agent and have them add it to your account, standard appears to be an extra £10 per month as an extra cost. They are open 8am - 8pm.
