Hello,
I'm moving home and have just placed an order for Sky TV and Broadband. The expected delivery date of Sky Max Hub will be 28 Nov. May I know how can I change the delivery date? Is it only available by making a call? Can I talk to online assistant (human) as well? Also, how can I request for an engineer visit for installation?

Installer attendance is automatically scheduled if the job requires it: that's typically for new FTTP.
If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.
