I've been having a very similar issue myself? I can see my port forwarding settings however my device isn't showing? It did for a few seconds for me to set up the rule and now it's gone again and the rule doesn't work?

Did anyone ever get to resolve this issue as I've had the same problem since receiving the Sky Max Hub. 

Had further issue last month with the plex server not being seen on my local network but resoved with the all port forwarding rules added, TCP protocols selected and settings applied within the plex app. However still no remote access which is annoying as family cant access while away at Uni 

Works fine on any other router, surely Sky must have a workable setting.
