Hi, I've been trying to connect my Sky Max Hub router for the past 2 days. Even after connecting to the ONT terminal, the light on the router stays red, the PORT1 light on the ONT keeps blinking. I do not know what to do, who to contact. I want to talk to a real person from Sky or customer support, the AI support is not enough. This is really frustrating now. Please get in touch with me as soon as possible.

You need to connect the ONT from openreach to port 4 on the router, does the ONT show green lights ?
