Hi, I've been trying to connect my Sky Max Hub router for the past 2 days. Even after connecting to the ONT terminal, the light on the router stays red, the PORT1 light on the ONT keeps blinking. I do not know what to do, who to contact. I want to talk to a real person from Sky or customer support, the AI support is not enough. This is really frustrating now.
