I have been using sky superfast broadband with my black hub and sky booster which worked perfectly. I was advised by sky sales team to subscribe for sky WiFi max which will improve my WiFi beyond the walls for a monthly subscription of £7.50. I did subscribe and the white sky Max Hub was delivered. I plugged it in but the WiFi was worse compared to my previous hub. I then plugged in the Pod which is refusing to connect to the hub. A second pod has been send but no change. My sky stream box is struggling to connect to WiFi. Any idea to resolve this problem?

Posts in this forum suggest the Max firmware is not currently producing satisfactory results: it's reasonable to assume that Sky will be trying to resolve this as a matter of urgency.
