Sky Hub

I have just renewed my contact, and contract was read out very quickly in IT terms

Now reading the email contract sent, it tells me I refused a new Hub last time, but not mention of a Hub on renewing.  

I have had the equipment nearly 8 years, should I update my Hub, and is it free.

Thanks in advance to any one who can help

The 2013 Sky Hub is obsolete, and the 2016 Q Hub nearly so.  Sky aims to swap out both models this year as neither meets current government-mandated standards for such equipment.  There should be no charge to move to a 2019 Sky Broadband Hub, but they'll probably aim to upsell to a 2023 Max Hub with the WiFi Max subscription supplement.
