What actually worked for you in the end? None of our Apple devices will connect in the house but Xbox and laptop is fine. I have relatives staying from Australia and they depend on the wifi to keep in touch with their elderly mother. Only happened yesterday and tried most of what didn't work for you.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@RachelHP. First check that the iPhone has connected to the wifi network if it hasn't tell the phone to forget the network and restart the phone - how that is done varies by model - then add the Sky wifi details afresh that normally works but remember the passcode is case sensitive and check you are using the correct wifi passcode. Once one ios device is connected you can share the details with any other ios device on the family group by bringing the second device close to the first.
If the phone is connected to the network but data is not flowing turn off the fearures @mae-3 posted.

Unfortunately I've tried all of that and it's still not working. So annoying as everything has been absolutely fine (apart from odd short blip) for over a year.

After another 45 minutes on phone to sky it has been sorted. They disabled the Broadband Shiield. Apparently it conflicts with something on Apple devices and after 24 hours we now have everything working again. Phew!!

I had the same with my iphone 12 pro.
On the phone settings try
Settings
Wifi
go into your hub and scroll down to Limit IP Address Tracking- and turn it off.
That worked for me.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreJust to point out to people finding this thread that in general there is no single reason why an iPhone or iPad wont connect to a Sky hub. I have had just about every type of Sky hub and as a family we have multiple Apple devices and they have all connected no matter the hub's or Broadband Shield settings. .
However I have found on occasions an odd device wont connect to a new wifi connection when travelling. My general approach when thst happens is to tell the device to forget the connection, restart the device and try again which normally works. Handily if you have multiple Apple devices once one connects you can usually share the Wifi connection details saving a lot of typing long wifi codes just bring them close together while trying to connect..
