IP blacklisted in "Spamhaus ZEN"
I was using my internet normally when one specific website did not allow me to open it because I was in some sort of Spam Blacklist, I ran through the rabbit hole, my IP was added to Spamhaus ZEN and after a lot of jargon I do not honestly understand even with my adequate computer understanding, I basically have to request my ISP to request my IP to be un-blacklisted.
I have changed my email password, verified security stuff in it, am doing a malware scan in my computer.
But how can I contact Sky to help me solve this issue? The online pages have no telephone I can call, the existing generic referral buttons are useless and the bot chat even more so.
Can anybody help me kindly?
Thank you very much

Re: IP blacklisted in "Spamhaus ZEN"
@Plihal the quickest soution is to power down your Sky hub for roughly an hour after which you should get a different public IP address.

Re: IP blacklisted in "Spamhaus ZEN"
I'd observe that the Spamhaus project is intended, as the name suggests, for email server protection and shouldn't really be applicable to a website, although a site administrator could probably choose to misuse it that way.
