Sky Hub page appeared in web browser

Hi,

 

Would this page appear in a browser without any human instruction to do so. Was looking at my internet history this morning and there were two pages accessed when the household were asleep. Was wondering if this page automatically appeared if the broadband went down?SkyHub.png

The self-heal page is indeed displayed when the broadband goes down.
