The sky hub for a few weeks now keeps losing the internet conenction and then reconnects. Frequency changes. Today seems to be quite temperamental

Hi Addie,
This issue has not been resolved as an openreaxh engineer came for a visit and did not find anything wrong with their connection and said that the hub will need to be changed. I still have the same issues with my connection. I would like to escalate this message and speak to the team to ask for updates on my issue.
