Low broadband speed

Hi

I had low broadband speed ( average 4.9) for 23days until the fault was rectified by openreach. My broadband package is 'super fast 35'.

Am I entitled to compensation?  And if so, how do I claim it.

@niniancentral If the speed to your hub was below your minimum guaranteed speed then you should be able to make a claim based on that, https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-speed-guarantee-a
