Sky Hub Max - No internet for android devices

Since yesterday (16th September) I have noticed that none of our android based devices (phones and tablet) is able to connect to internet through the broadband. Windows laptop works fine though, connected to the same WiFi.

Attempted fixes:

- connection test through Sky website

- wifi test through Sky website

- powering off Sky Hub for up to 10 minutes

- factory reset (WPS button for 30s)

None of it seems to work. On Android devices, when connecting to the WiFi we get the connection ok with "Connected without internet" message, then "Sign in to the network" which shows page with "The network you're trying to join has security issues", with security warning SSL_DATE_INVALID, certificate validity declares as 28 Oct 2022 to 28 Oct 2023.

I am running out of ideas now on what else could I check or do.

@Chris_wski i would first of all reboot the devices. Take them to thecsame room as the hub and go into their network settings and check they are connecting to the correct SSID. If you haveca booster/extender check that is connected properly as if it isn't could explain the symptoms you describe.

Re: Sky Hub Max - No internet for android devices

Yes I should have mentioned - I've started by restarting all the devices affected as well as Sky hub, but that didn't help. Phones are fine connecting to other wifi networks too. I've also disabled the sky shield, but it didn't make any difference.

Interestingly some of the smart speakers (google) worked yesterday morning but stopped by the end of the day.

Sky support has decided to send a replacement hub, hopefully that will help it.
