Sky Hub Delivery

Hi - I am due to have an engineer arrive tomorrow to install my sky broadband. My sky hub still says awaiting dispatch though. 

Given my existing subscription is ending during the switch does this mean I won't have broadband and the engineer visit will be wasted?

@Swoods88 the enigineees visit will go ahead as thry dont need to hub to do their work but you wont becable to use the service. Calling Skybtoday might get a hub sent out by a courier but nirmally they cannot do that until the day after the activation.

Thanks - so turns out the order had been cancelled due to some breakdown in communication between my old provider and Sky!

 

now rearranged for next week - would have been nice to know before today rather than just cancelling the order.
