Issues with internet connection

I am experiencing more drop outs on Internet and this is causing issues for me, as I work from home. 
When doing check - I've had 2 different readings - one saying there's an issue and then another saying everything is ok - when clearly it isn't. 
I have recently upgraded and will be moving to fibre by end of month. Is there anything that can be done between now and installation as I cannot have the instability?

Unfortunately where a property is flagged as being due to have FTTP installed, it can be very difficult for an ISP to get any maintenance done on the soon-to-be -obsolete copper circuit.  You'll need to persist with logging an issue with Sky.
