Sky Full Fibre 500 activation
My Sky Full Fibre 500 activation was ment to take place on the 18th December. This was a Christmas present for my two teenagers! When the engineer arrived he banged on the door and said "we can't do it, your wires are buried" that was it. No rescheduled date nothing. Very poor service from Sky. The only thing that's stopping me complaining is that I read I will be compensated by £6.50 per day until it is activated.
But still a poor show that no one has bothered to contact me with an explanation or a reschedule date
cheers
Mike

Re: Sky Full Fibre 500 activation
I believe that will have been an Openreach engineer so if it was hopefully they have informed Sky of the issue so if nothing shows here:
https://www.sky.com/ordertracking
Then to chase this up you will need to call Sky.

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.
https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome
It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.
Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.
