Hi I had FTTP in my home 3yrs ago but recently lost my connection. At presto haven't had any internet for 5 weeks as I've been fighting Vodophone to get it repaired. So in the end I cancelled my contract as nobody could repair it. Now I have signed up with Sky and was worried if Sky would go through the same thing as City Fibre tested my line to my home and was fine. But I've received 3 new routers, new fibre box and Ethernet cable and still a fault. So I'm hoping Sky will connect me without problems..
