Broadband dropping signal

Hello, 

 

Over the last few days, I have been having troubl with my broadband where the signal cuts out and we have no access to WiFi. 

This has been particularly bad today and have been unable to use my work laptop for numerous periods through out the day. When I run tests everything says it's fine but  the drop in connection on all my family's devices. 

Could someone please advise what is happening as this is the second time this year I've been having issues with the service.

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!
