Upgraded from copper to fibre broadband, and now my WiFi connection drops out very regularly on my laptop and phone,, making working from home virtually impossible. Have asked Sky if we can go back to copper broadband but was told no, and was offered a further upgrade for an additional cost! Thinking I might have to swap to a different company...
