When we watch any live tv program on sky, including sports, it goes of after a few minutes and states no connection. But all other wifi devices working including amazon firestick. Have to turn the sky puck off. Have reset etc., but still does it. So frustrating that we watch any live on amazon now . If not fixed we will be terminating sky tv.

@Jamesatter Have you looked on the forum for the TV side, this does not sound like a broadband issue!

@Jamesatter Which TV box do you have? Sky Q or Sky Stream?
