Sky FFTP Router reboots and resets itself

Hi, hope you are all well.

So this one is doing my head. Had no issues with my FFTP service until recently where I find the internet goes down.

Upon checking the Router, I find just one green light on, the power light.

It then boots up but has lost my SSID and password. I then have to connect to the original SSID, and re-enter the details on the router page/settings.

What is going on? Any ideas?

Sounds like its crashing and booting from a stock image file. Certainly faulty, I'd just call Sky and tell them whats happening they should send a new hub.

Cheers for this. Been onto Sky for 45 and they can't arrange a replacement system won't let them.

He's going to escalate and come back to me in next 48 hours.
