Sky Broadband

Our sky broadband has been dropping in and out for the past week or so. When I have run the broadband checker as I have now it is coming back as ok but I can clarify it is not on. It has been bouncing between 2 oranges lights to 1 orange light. It then allows me to use the wifi for 10-20 mins before doing the same thing.
