slow wifi, fast ethernet

Hi, I appear to be recieving very slow connection to the internet via wifi (ookla speed test 20-40 mpbs) on our mobile devices, whereas on a wired ethernet connection everything seems to be fine (ookla speed test 150 mbps) on my pc.

Router statistics are attached below:

Any help would be much appreciated.

Re: slow wifi, fast ethernet

@HWHM First, your stats look good, and thank you for establishing that the Ethernet gets you the 150Mb/s speed test and this will be also helpful for your future test. Now the wireless wifi minefield....

Are you 100% sure that there is only ONE wifi connection while testing, do you get the same result if you try testing with another device wireless connected. Say mobile test, laptop with wifi test. It can be about the test. I am sending another speed test link for you to try and will be below, let us know when you get time to run it and post back how it goes.

With your router stats open when testing the wifi device on a seperate ethernet connection, watch the Rx b/s it will show you the speed snap during the test, so say ????????? (9) digits this is the download from the speed test to your device during test you may be lucky to catch it when testing.

@HWHM
I wouldnt say 20-40mbps over WiFi is very slow. You have to keep in mind that the Sky hub is only WiFi5 and when you have surrounding WiFi interference you may only be able to achieve around those speeds without a 3rd party option or the Sky Max hub.
