Sky Broadband visit

Good morning,

Can I have confirmation if my visit scheduled for Friday 24th April is going ahead please, as the engineer who attended to do the outside work advised it couldn't be completed as the local telephone mast hadn't been updated with fibre.

Haven't heard anything more. Will need to work from home on Friday if the visit is going ahead, would like to be certain what is happening before adjusting the day.

@Gassbox you can check the current position by checking the My Orders section in the My Sky website or app. The visit is quite likely to be rescheduled if the external work was not completed. Sky cannot respond to forum posts so you will have to call if you want tobspeak to them.
