getting rid of sky completely is hard work
I tried ringing them email and eventually got thru and they arranged collection never happen, then they promise to send the packaging and label never arrived and so far being 35 days and i still paying the bill why is it so difficult

Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation? The notice period for Broadband/Talk is only 14 days.
