My broadband provisional date was estimated for 23rd Nov, 2 weeks after ordering. Now it has been confirmed for 15th Dec. I'm wondering why the activation date is so much later than initially estimated. Five weeks seems a long time between ordering and set up.
The confirmation email said I didn't need an engineer for activation, just the ONT powered on. So why does it need to wait for 5 weeks? Is it going to take that long for the Sky Hub to be delivered?
