Sky Broadband gone down in Cornwall, PL24

PL25. Sky checks say all is ok but it isn't .. running on 4G at the moment

I’ve switched off box. Pulled wall connection out. Sky check says all on. But it's not. I think it went off around 10.50

No Internet and the voice light is orange as well

Same here TR9! Very frustrating that we use the app to test connection and it's falsely saying it's fine when the orange dot is glaring at me. But semi glad it's not just us

I have the same problem, tried the resets suggested but still not working.
