Sky Broadband gone down in Cornwall, PL24

Go a green flashing light since 10pm tried all troubleshooting ideas and nothing is working any ideas will be well appreciated

The broadband dropped off about 22:20. Tried diagnostics through the app but it says everything is fine. Tried calling customer services but told the department is closed until 8am tomorrow!! Disgraceful support 😡

My broadband has stopped working tonight I've tried a few things which sky has said to do through WiFi, but still nothing, I just worry as my partner works from home and starts at 7 am tomorrow and will struggle without no internet, I've reset it a couple of times but still nothing

Router is locked on but no session. Orange lights. Wi fi is ok but no data. Tested all connections and all is ok. Ex Bt engineer

Same, broadband checker says it is fine but I have no internet at all.

I'm currently having all the same issues with my sky broadband and yet it says everything is running fine but lights for internet and voice are red and I can't do anything about it

Just lost internet connection, Internet and Voice lights are solid amber , Power and Wi-Fi both green. Tried turning router off and on again , still the same.

Same issue st austell sky tests says all fine. Landline no dial tone
