Sky Broadband complaint (KMM69881756V27255L0KM) - Unable to use Google Play Store and Youtube

Hi Team,
 
Tried all the steps (to troubleshoot) mentioned in the link, but still the problem is not solved.
 
I am still having problems accessing Google Play Store and YouTube only in this Wi-Fi network, especially when these services are working absolutely fine on other networks (Wi-Fi, mobile data).
 
Requesting you to please look into it with utmost care and help in resolving this issue at the earliest.

We can't look into it. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers so someone here may be able to provide some advice.

This is not an issue you can resolve via normal methods, the issue is a routing problem on thier end as to which I am not sure if they have acknowledged it.

 

I would recommend calling customer surfaces and telling them the exact same thing as the more people call the more serious they will take the issue.

 

In princeple the issue is that sky is not routing internet traffic to certain websites that host youtube and the play store.

For example rr1---sn-cn3tc-ac5r.googlevideo.co m is a website that has youtube videos - I can contact it over my mobile internet but not my sky one.

@Arpita Sky tellus there is an open ticket on this fault but as they dont give running commentary as yet the forum cannot give you any more information. As posted above you cannot use the forum to communicate with Sky as members are customers like yourself.
