My internet is dropping several times a day

The last few weeks my internet has been dropping, which I put down to the low temperatures and weather but with the improved weather, the past week it's actually become worse. Every morning I wake up and my WiFi on the hub is orange, and the past few evenings it's dropping several times during the afternoon/evening.
