Sky Broadband blocking multiple websites and work apps

So, onto the second new router from Sky and we're still experiencing the most painful scenario where sometimes we can't even access BBC website through the broadband.

More importantly this is now impacting my wife who works from home and can't access the web based apps she needs to work.

This is way too painful and unacceptable.

We have tried everything - disabling the shield altogether, reducing to WPA2, multiple (and I mean 100's of resets), changing the DNS to 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4.

Nothing works. We're paying a fortune for something that doesn't do even the basics.

My questions:

1. has anyone else had this issue?

2. Can sky resolve it?

3. can I cancel my contract

@JP121 dounds the issue could be poor wifi connection in your home or a line which is dropping and reconnecting. The setvice checker can help pin point which it maybe. For all their sins Sky dont block sites unless ordered to by the UK courts.

Thanks @Chrisee ......had considered this, but the service checker doesn't point to that currently.

In any case, an engineer is due tomorrow to explore the issue - Sky think it could well be a stability (of the incoming line) issue.

We await the outcome....

@JP121 White or Black hub also possible for a MAP-T shared if you are on the sky Max hub issue, and/especially VPN usage thrown in that mix!
