Full FIbre Upgrade

Have been given a date when free upgrade to Full Fibre to take place. I can not do this date and change dates are for 1 month - March. I can not do any dates untill April., May, June. This is due to various issues.

 

I have sent info on the change form but no reply and text's advise to ring the contact number which I have done.

 

I telephoned and they infomred me that they would contact again via e-mail and text with later dates as they can only provide dates 1 month at a time . Is this what happens?  Will it still be free or will I now have to pay? Will they contact me ?

@Nick274 Should be Free, that is sky getting the deal from the Infrastructure supplier/s etc, they have invested heavily in the Fibre cable so really wish to get all off the old copper cables when they can and as quick as they can... It's all what the supplier does, the change was at the £100 mark to get it done so you can see why the Free is now a kind off snap it up, circumstances though can have that effect to delay both at your end and the supplier end, lot's getting done etc!
