Currently WFH, server run by a third party. Sky Broadband is blocking all sending and receving of email in app. Can receive but not send over 5G. Also blocking the loading of business website. Person who runs my server has no issues from his end. Have tried all the Sky online help pages re proxy, spam filter, VPN etc
HELP!!!

When I toggle off the WiFi and I use my Sky Mobile 5G signal. So I'm using up my monthly data allowance.

I had disabled the shield.

Find out more@Katherine11 Sky only block domains required by a court order so it is likely to be a configuration issue at your end or a routing issue if yourprovider has made recent changes which have not fully been picked up bybthe DNS system. If you suspect the latter try adding a public DNS address to the network settings on your device Google's at 8.8.8.8 is easy to remember.

I'm puzzzled about being unable to send over 5G? Or are you talking about the 5GHz WiFi band?

As far as I can see (I'm no expert on this side of things) it's the person running your server you need to talk to, I'm fairly certain that Sky would tell you the same. Is it a domestic or business contract you have with Sky?

Landline not receiving calls callers say it rings twice and then goes dead. I hear nothing
