When I signed up to switch over to sky broadband in the summer there was a sign up offer of a £75 pre paid mastercard. This offer was the deciding factor in me choosing sky broadband. After 3 months with sky I would be contacted about the gift card.... 5month later and still no gift card. The company who deal with them are blaming sky for the delay. I've been told they are looking into it but this has been the answer for a month. Surely a company the size of sky these types of sign up offers should be really easy to administrator. The only reason I picked sky was the offer and honestly feel I've been cheated. Should of stayed with BT!
