Sky Broadband Not working
I have an issues with my Sky Broadband for last two weeks. I swift from Sell to Sky since last 09 April 2024. I have informed three times to the Sky customer service and spend more than 60 minutes to explain issues. But still I have issues with my connection. I lost my office meetings many times. Also International calls are not working since the first day. I request you to compensate me for the last three weeks poor service and please make arrangements to fixed these issues as matter of priority. I am seriously unsatisfied with your service.... Service is terrible.

As stated by @peter-marlow+1966 we are customers on here, you aren't addressing Sky. Automatic compensation only applies to a full loss of service. It sounds like you work from home but remember Sky Broadband is a domestic service and any repairs will come under that process.
The below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation
If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when the fault is first reported to Sky, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account (new rates from 01/04/24).
