My sky/tv is not connecting to the sky internet. I had issues with internet connection a couple days ago it was not working on anything. I've since had a person from sky come round to fix the internet. He did fix the internet which is now working on other devices. However I can not get this connection working on the tv.
I had tried everything will turning on/off and resetting everything
