Sky Box - Stolen

Sky Box was stolen or mis-delivered by the Post Office and I never received it. Why are Sky wanting to charge me for a new one ?

Sky Complaint

I made a formal complaint 2 days ago, I was promised a response but no one has returned my call. Is this the level of service to expect ?

@Peter_K  Sky have up to 6 nweeks to resolve rthe complaint or issue a deadlock letter.   You will likely get a response but expecting one within 2 days is incorrect expectations

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Peter_K

That might well have been somewhat optimistic.
