Sky Boradband Connectivity ISSUES & LOW SPEED

Hi All,

Since last couple of weeks I am facing issues as the connection to wifi drops and then takes 5 minutes to get the broadband/wifi setup and working again. 

Also from last 3 days there has been less then minimal gurenttee speed on my router.

The contact details which are mentioned they are of no use

Their Virtual assisstant is down as well

Thinking to move to another provider.

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
