Sky App showing a WiFi problem

The Sky app is giving me this message but the broadband test shows all is working well

@elderwandninja acid test are the devices working? If so ignore the odd result. Sky's WiFi trsting is not perfect they tell ius its a work in progress.

This has happened overnight as broadband has been upgraded
